With construction well underway and the interior and utility specialists due to start work in the coming weeks, The Oaks in South Ockendon is on course for early summer occupation – much to the delight of the unprecedented number of homebuyers who have made enquires and are keen to make one of the new starter apartments their new home.
Great Homes Limited, the award-winning Investor in People company behind the project, identified a need for apartment homes in the area that would enable buyers to get a foot on the property ladder.
